Refund Policy for Rehousing Packers and Movers

At Rehousing Packers and Movers, we strive to provide the best possible services to our customers. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where you may need to cancel or request a refund for the services you have booked with us. We have outlined our refund policy below to ensure that you are aware of our terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking with us, please inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation.

If the cancellation is made :

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including :

1. More than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date: No cancellation charges will apply.
2. Less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount will be charged.
3. On the day of the scheduled service date: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Refund Policy

In case you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will try to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 business days from the date of the request.

If a refund is applicable due to cancellation or any other reason, it will be processed as follows

1. If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date, a full refund will be provided.
2. If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date, a refund of 75% of the total booking amount will be provided.
3. If the cancellation is made on the day of the scheduled service date, no refund will be provided.
4. If there is any discrepancy in the amount refunded, please contact us immediately.

Please note that the refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made.
